AquaTech Imaging Solutions/ AxisGo https://aquatech.net/pages/company-and-service-about-us
Since 1998 AquaTech has been at the forefront of the design and manufacture of professional photographic accessories. We first began manufacturing our Sport Housings for professional photographers and cinematographers and mainly focused our products towards surfing and ocean sports. Since then we have constantly strived to update our designs and materials in order to offer the best in lightweight and durable Sport Housings.
Today our Sport Housings are used in several different genres of photography such as advertising, surfing, sailing, documentary, fashion, fishing, Olympic water sports, and more. The introduction of our Sport Shield in 2001 helped us to expand our areas of focus into other fields of photography that exist outside of water, such as wildlife and outdoor sports. Our developments have made it possible to capture images in extreme weather conditions. Whether it be rain, snow, wind, or dust, the AquaTech Sport Shield products protect your valuable camera equipment from harsh environments. In 2009 we introduced our new Sensory Gloves and Soft Good lines of products.
These products grew out of many discussions we have had with professional photographers over the years. Sensory Gloves have been a great benefit to those photographers working in cold environments. They have also become very popular with those using touch screen phones and other capacitive devices. Our Soft Goods have been found in the travel bags of photographers working in all areas of photography and were designed to help ease the burden of heavy equipment while protecting your expensive investment.

Canon U.S.A., which opened its new headquarters in February 2013 and continues to realize growth, oversees the company’s operations in North, Central and South America.
This capped a long journey for Canon U.S.A., which for many years had been searching for a place on Long Island that would be a suitable location to establish a new home.
Located off the Long Island Expressway and near the technology corridor of Route 110, the headquarters features modern amenities and a 52-acre campus.
Measuring more than 500 feet long and nearly 300 feet wide, the building reflects Canon’s strong commitment to environmental sustainability. “One Canon Park” has been awarded LEED® Gold certification, a recognition for the design, construction, operations and maintenance of high-performance green buildings. The facility stands as a model for environmental stewardship and innovation, and is the largest commercial property on Long Island to achieve this level of LEED.
The grounds have an open, campus-like feel with plenty of green space, a walking trail and two retention ponds. Within the five-story building (plus lower level), employees enjoy a state-of-the-art learning center, cafeteria, fitness center and other amenities.
As always, Canon aims to be a good corporate citizen within the community and will continue fostering relationships in the surrounding area.
Founded by renowned French fashion and landscape photographer Jean Coquin in 1978, the Cokin Creative Filter System remains a staple of the international photography community. The system is based primarily on square or rectangular “drop-in” filters that slide into a filter holder. The holder mounts on lenses via a simple adapter ring.
In 1982 Cokin Launched the P series size to accommodate wide-angle prime lenses that were gaining in popularity. The P Series is 84mm wide and has 140 different models for a universe of creative effects. The P Series, along with the larger L and XL sizes have all established industry standard sizes for drop-in filters.
Most Cokin filters are made from very high-quality, European produced CR39 optical resin. Jean Coquin chose this resin because of its optical clarity and stability. It is light and unbreakable, has an extremely high optical transmission factor and is perfectly suited for tinting. It is the perfect base for making photographic filters, its precision surpassing that of mineral glass.
Cokin now makes the Nuances Extreme series of ND and Graduated ND filters using Schott glass and the most advance metallic processes to create industry-leading neutral color balances in graduated filters.

Pro Camera Hawaii https://procamerahawaii.com/pages/about
Here in Hawaii, photographers had 2 options for their photography needs: buy from big box stores that had limited selections (and limited help), or drive all the way to Honolulu. In December of 2014, after working in the camera industry for over a decade, Anthony decided to open Pro Camera Hawaii, Hawaii’s one-stop camera shop. Located in Aiea, HI, Pro Camera Hawaii gives fellow photographers a closer destination for their photography needs.
